Downloading the ISO
The main MotionEyeOS project is located over at https://github.com/ccrisan/motioneyeos . For the purpose of downloading an image for the Raspberry Pi 0 W. The ISO can be downloaded from the following link.

At the time of writing this guide the latest ISO Image is the following.

Flash the Image to SD Card
Using your imaging tool of choice. Copy the ISO onto your SD card.
However the MotionEyeOS wiki offers a helper script Linux script writeimage.sh
It is capable of flashing the SD card and injecting network settings at the same time.
WiFi & Network Settings:
Annoyingly MotionEyeOS needs to have its IP settings set on first boot. At time of writing this guide it is not cabable of having the IP address changed once it is set.
WPA2 WiFi:
Note: if using a SD card the device will most likely be /dev/mmcblk0 if using USB /dev/sdx
./writeimage.sh -d /dev/mmcblk0 -i "/path/to/motioneyeos.img" -n 'yournet:yourkey'
Default Credentials:
By default the MotionEyeOS has the following credentials.
- User Name: admin
- Password: Nothing Blank Null Empty
